Information we collect

Contact form submissions: when you send an enquiry we receive the name, email, phone number, vehicle of interest, service track and any message you choose to share.

Basic analytics: aggregated, non-identifying traffic data such as page views, referrer and approximate region, used to understand how the site is used.

Language preference: a small value stored locally in your browser (localStorage) remembers whether you chose English or Hebrew. It is not shared with third parties.

How we use it

Enquiry information is used only to respond to you and, if you engage us, to carry out the requested sourcing, inspection or advisory mandate.

Analytics is used to improve the site's content and performance. It is not used to build advertising profiles.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Enquiry details are seen by Baz Motors and, where strictly necessary to fulfil a mandate you have engaged us for, by named partners (for example an inspector, logistics provider or customs broker) under a duty of confidentiality.

The site is hosted and served through standard web infrastructure providers who process technical request data on our behalf.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve you and to keep a reasonable business record. You may request deletion at any time using the contact address below.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have sent us. You can clear stored preferences at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Confidentiality

All enquiries are treated as confidential. NDAs are available on request for sensitive mandates.
